About The Founder
Namrata Menon is a Yoga Acharya, Yoga Shiromani & a Yoga Bhaskara from the Sivananda Internationsl Vedanta Academy.
She has spent the last 24 years in teaching & promoting the ancient Indian sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda. With the objective of bringing awareness of the great benefits ancient Indian culture & sciences have to offer to modern society for Health, work productivity & personal well being.
Namrata Menon gave up the corporate world in 1999, & set up one of the country’s first Yoga Studios in Goa. Which was used to impart, both, theoretical & practical training to individuals, educational institutions & corporates.
In recognition of her work , the Goa government appointed Namrata as their Brand Ambassador for Yoga in march 2019.
Before giving up the corporate world, Namrata worked with various MNCs such as ITC, Ogilvy, JWT & Euro RSCG.
Namrata did her graduation in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. And a post-graduation from JNU, Delhi. She was awarded the All India Research Fellowship by the UGC. She then did an MBA from IRMA in Gujrat, & a PG in Communications from MICA, Ahmedabad.
Prior to this, Namrata was also a Visiting Faculty at various Management institutes across like XLRI, Jamshedpur, Loyola in Chennai , GIM , & Goa University.
She has practiced martial arts for many years & is also a Black Belt in Karate from the International Shotokan Association, Japan.

Holding the titles of Yoga Acharya, Yoga Shiromani, and Yoga Bhaskara from the prestigious Sivananda International Yoga Vedanta Academy, Namrata's extensive educational and professional background adds credence to her role in training individuals across corporate, educational, and government sectors. Having earned postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business Management, Namrata spent over a decade in the corporate sector, contributing her skills to renowned companies like ITC and Ogilvy. Simultaneously, she served as a visiting faculty at esteemed management institutes, including XLRI, Jamshedpur, Loyola Institute of Business Management, Goa Institute of Management, and Goa University.
However, the calling of Yoga became undeniable, prompting Namrata to establish one of the country's pioneering Yoga and Ayurveda schools, 'Astitva-World of Yoga,' in Goa in March 2000. For over two decades, she has been instrumental in training individuals and institutions, including schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, and naval staff. Her teachings focus on utilizing yogic techniques to enhance personal and workspace productivity, fostering mental and physical fitness.
Namrata's contributions have not gone unnoticed. In March 2019, the Goa government recognized her exceptional work by appointing her as their Brand Ambassador for Yoga. Beyond yoga, Namrata has also delved into martial arts, earning a Black Belt in Karate from the International Shotokan Association, Japan.
